Reduce Costs Sweco SuperBond & SuperHook Screens Let Sweco Be The One-Stop-Shop For All Your Replacement Screens Sweco SuperBond Sifter Screens fit virtually any type of rectangular or box style gyratory sifter. Bonded screens come in a wide variety of sizes and materials including stainless steel, nylon and polyester synthetics. Sweco specializes in custom dimensions and we use heavy duty grommets for optimal screen tensioning. Sweco also offers a complete line of SuperHook Hook Strip Replacement Screens that can be made to fit most screening and sifting equipment. Sweco SuperHook Screens come in a choice of either galvanized or stainless steel material with a single layer of mesh or a double layer where a coarse mesh serves as a backup to a finer top mesh to add strength. We also now offer a triple layered screen for specialized applications. Plastic reinforcing is available for our multiple layer screens to aid in prolonging screen life. Increase Capacity Low Profile Flow-Thru Separator High Capacity In A Compact Design The Sweco Low Profile Flow-Thru Separator offers high capacity wet or dry scalping in a compact, low headroom design. Dual motors mounted on opposite sides of the Low Profile create the 3-D motion that allows maximum flow-thru of material. Low Profiles can come in either a single-motor or dual-motor design. For separating oversize particles from a material that flows easily through a screen, a single-motor low-profile separator is a good choice. However, if you need to remove oversize particles from a material with difficult flow characteristics, a dual-motor separator can provide higher capacity. The dual-motor machine’s three-dimensional vibratory motion not only speeds separation of hard-to-screen materials, but this separator can have a smaller screen diameter than a single-motor unit.
