Industries - Chemical

Chemicals for screeners sifters separators The Chemical Industry is SWECO's most significant process sector. Screening everything from Adipic Acid to Zeolite, SWECO can solve almost any processing problem encountered.

Manufacturers of chemical fertilizers, for example, require a process to screen a compound called Urea at very high capacities. By doing so in a conventional manner, several round separators or a rectangular separator are necessary to handle the required capacity. SWECO is able to install into these processes the SWECO POD Separator for replacement of these round or rectangular machines. By using this innovation, the manufacturers receive a high capacity machine with a compact, dust tight design. The benefits of such a system is the reduction of required floor space, reduced noise levels (because the system is fully enclosed), increased efficiency (because of lower bed depth), and the minimization of transmitted vibration to the mounting structure (because of SWECO's utilization of spring systems) allowing for lower installation costs. All of this in a design which does not yield a reduction in the required capacity level.

This is just one of the many examples of how SWECO has been able to solve industry problems for its customers. For more information on how SWECO can help to solve your processing problems, contact us. 1-800-849-3259
