Round Separators
Behind each Vibro-Energy Round Separator is the Sweco legacy, synonymous with top quality equipment, innovative design, and exacting standards. Since 1942, when Sweco patented the first vibratory separator to today's high yield Vibro-Energy Round Separators, Sweco has continued our tradition of solutions and service.

Rectangular Separators
Available with linear, round or elliptical motion, the Full-Flow is ideal for a variety of diverse applications. The linear motion (LM) is ideal for dewatering large volumes of heavy solids on coarse to medium meshes. Balanced elliptical motion (BEM) is especially well suited for fine mesh dewatering of slurries. The gentler round motion (RM) screens viscous slurries, which have minimal oversize solids, such as clay slip and pigments, at high rates through screens as fine as 400 mesh. Round motion also classifies dry powders for many industries. The Universal Motion (UM) model incorporates all three motions into one machine allowing the user to precisely dial in the ideal motion for each application. So, whether you are processing wet or dry materials through coarse or fine mesh screens, there is a Full-Flow that's just right for you.

Other Separation Equipment
Sweco also carries several lines of complementary separation products for specialty applications. These include our Sta-Sieve Stationary Screener for dewatering and effluent cleanup, White Water Filter for paper water preparation and filtration, Centrifugal Sifter for various application separation, Turbo-Screen Air classifier for fine particle classification, and Integrated Screen Press for increased feed rates and dryer solids.

Aftermarket Parts/Screens
Sweco separator aftermarket parts are made to tough, precise standards. Careful materials selection, rigorous quality control and unsurpassed manufacturing methods assure correct fit, superior wear resistance and longer service life for everything from clamp rings to covers. For quality, service and performance you can count on, insist on the best ... insist on Sweco.

Grinding Mills
Sweco Vibro-Energy Grinding Mills. The most versatile line of mills available today for fast, low-cost particle size reduction to sub-micron range. Wet or dry grinding. With or without particle-size classification. Closed or open-circuit processing. From small lab batches to full production grinding.

Finishing Mills
Ever since Sweco pioneered the concept of round-bowl vibratory finishing, there have been imitators producing "Sweco-clones". And although they can make their equipment look like a Sweco, getting it to match our performance ... well, that's another story. When you look closely at us, and our competition, we think you'll agree that Sweco truly offers the best built, best warrantied finishing mills in the industry.

Industrial Treatment Services Equipment
Sweco has been building equipment for the industrial processing industry for many years, utilizing their innovative engineering, design and development. We have now extended this expertise into the broad spectrum of environmental compliance applications through a full line of Treatment Services, including Enhanced Stabilization Systems, Liquid/Solid Separation, Dewatering Systems, Water Treatment, and Soil Washing.

Pharmaceutical
A fully contained Vibro-Energy Separator suitable for aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. With a design that eliminates gaps, crevices and hidden areas, the PharmASep proves valuable to those processes handling potent and/or toxic substances where containment is an important issue.

Wire Mesh
United Wire is your most comprehensive sources for wire cloth products because we maintain one of the largest and most complete inventories in the industry. This allows us to meet more of your specific requirements quickly. We can weave to the most exacting custom requirements and offer precision slitting of coils to exact tolerance widths and mesh calendering to a specific thickness.
