CUSTOM DELIVERY OPTIONS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
Sweco maintains a large supply of stainless steel, synthetic, and magnetic screen cloth, so your custom order can typically be manufactured and shipped within 3 days. For emergency situations, same-day rush service is available.
In addition, many types of restocking programs are offered. Finished screens can be consigned to customer plants, or stocked at Sweco plants for scheduled deliveries.
Regional warehousing has been setup to provide faster service to our customers. Whichever program you choose, we can insure maximum uptime without costly investments in inventory.

1. The foundation of every Supertaut Plus screen is the tension-support ring, rolled from stainless steel and seal welded for maximum strength. These lightweight, disposable rings do not allow material to enter the hollow interior, a common problem with older ring designs.
2. The Superbond adhesive encapsulates and locks every wire into place, eliminating the crevices and pits found in typical spot-welded screens. These crevices are the breeding ground for bacterial growth and contamination.
3. Extra high, uniform screen tension built into every Supertaut Plus yields higher throughputs and longer screen life. Spot-welded screens, with lower and varied wire tensions, are subject to premature fatigue failure.
4. Each Supertaut Plus comes with a pre-attached neoprene gasket, made from FDA approved components, to speed screen changes.
5. The encapsulation process eliminates stray wires at the screen edge, which can injure plant employees.

FULL-FLOW RECTANGULAR SCREENS
In addition to round screens, Supertaut Plus mounting is also available for Full-Flow Rectangular screens. Using a patented pneumatic sealing system, pre-tensioned Supertaut Plus screens can be installed by an operator in just minutes. This unique system also eliminates the bypass of solids at the screen edge, insuring "zero-bypass."
Rectangular screens are also available in an advanced hookstrip design. No matter which screen you choose, they are built to the same exacting standards as their round counterparts.

Sweco's Revolutionary screens include such offerings as the SuperHook™ and SuperBond™ for the replacement hook style and bonded edge screens to fit virtually any rectangular vibratory separator and gyratory sifter.
SUPERHOOK™
SuperHook™ Screens may feature a single layer of mesh of a double layer, where a coarse mesh serves as a backup to a finer top mesh, adding strength. A triple or sandwich type layered screen is also offered for specialized applications. Plastic reinforcing is used in multiple layered screens when it will contribute to screen life.
SUPERBOND™
SuperBond™ Sifter Screens will fit virtually any type of rectangular or box style gyratory sifter. They come in various sizes, shapes and materials with a wide range of mesh sizes and cloth types.
